Does Credit Corp provide information to overseas entities?
If you relocate overseas, we may disclose personal information to our overseas agents that operate in the particular country to which you have relocated. How Credit Corp retains your personal information
We will retain your personal information for as long as required to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including where required under law, our legitimate interests, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, and for reasons explained in this policy. As you are an Approved Retailer, when you provide your personal information to us to enter into and for the performance of your Agreement with us, we will retain your personal information for 7 years after you apply to be an Approved Retailer or the termination of our Agreement (where applicable), and where otherwise we have a lawful basis to do so. This includes for as long as is necessary for our for legal and compliance purposes.
